For me as a real pro, supporting Madeleine and her family, this was not an easy subject to research and publish.


David Bret is exposed and confronted by his own insolent behavior on the Internet and in particular on Facebook.
His blog which he used to stalk and attack staff and supporters of the Official Find Madeleine Campaign has been removed.
Let's hope the Facebook pages where all libellous and defamatory texts, as shown here, will also be removed.
It is really unbearable to maintain his dirty lyrics here and to see and read what has been done to Kate and Gerry McCann and supporters of the family.
Bret now knows he will be watched closely and we will not hesitate to publish again if nescessary!

Reading her Tags opens a world of Facebook pages, initiated by only 2 or 3 peoples, making it look like there are hundreds of people on their side.

Accusation By Chicane: Who Will Believe The Loonies Now?

This time, The Loonies have gone too far and have broken the law. I don't think even they realise the seriousness of what they have done....

On 5 September "Chicane" posted on numerous forums:

"Is David Bret involved in Madeleine's abduction? The answer is: YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

This was subheaded:

"Could Bret be the abductor? Should he be investigated by Scotland Yard?"

Two hours later, I was contacted by West Yorkshire Police, who put me through to the incident room in Leicester, where I gave a statement over the phone. I was subsequently called by one of my contacts at Scotland Yard, who knows exactly who I am and to what extent I am involved with this case. Screenshots have been taken by all three police authorities, and Chicane's accusation--within which she was supported by Mary Pow, Sadie (who drew comparisons between myself and the group I am a part of with the Dunblane killer), and by various others--including Pedro Silva, who is a Facebook friend of Madeleine McCann's maternal grandmother.

I have NEVER accused the McCanns of anything, and I certainly do NOT hate them. I have also sent their representative a copy of  Chicane's blog posting, as requested to do so by the police. The offensive material has also been added to the Scotland Yard files. All that we know so far about Chicane, though doubtless this will change, is that she may be known as Suzanne, that she lives in Amsterdam, and that she has a small son. Needless to say, investigations--legal, criminal and civil--are taking place. The fact that the offensive posting has been removed makes no difference.

If you, dear readers, scroll down to the end of the above linked article, you will find mention of someone oft referred to in this blog. The mention appears just below the photograph of the parents of a missing child, Madeleine McCann. As I have been defending myself from David Bret’s attacks on me and my work over the past two years, I was completely unaware of his blog involvement with the case of this missing child. I remember the tragic event of her disappearance when it occurred but I have not much other knowledge of the case. About two months ago someone sent me a link to Bret’s blog about this missing child. Quite frankly I was horrified.


The first thing that hit me was the “adult disclaimer” page on Bret’s McCann blog. Why, I thought, would a blog concerning a missing child require an adult disclaimer. Then I realized why…because David Bret was writing it! After all I had been the target of his signature brand of unholy perverse comments and images…and I knew them all very well. But I am a parent and a grand parent and I was sickened to think of  how this had to be adding to this missing child’s parents profound pain. I could only imagine their grief and daily anguish not knowing the fate of their precious baby. And to have someone like David Bret “blog involved” in any capacity was an unthinkable horror.


I know what it feels like to have him attacking you…or worse…feigning to be such a god damn hero when he is in fact adding immeasurably to an already bad situation. Feigning to be the victim of his own generated hell, feigning he has contacts with Scotland Yard, feigning he is put out by any of this. He loves this…this is his manna…disorder and the pain of his victims.


My only question would be this one for David Bret: Since you write almost exclusively sexually referenced and highly depraved material, since you attack your critics with words of hate and slander and scatological reference, since you think it funny to mock my father’s death and my death, since you find it amusing and just to write about my private parts and personal hygiene, on and on…how in god’s name do you think it appropriate in any measure that you would run a blog devoted to a missing child? I find this very sick.


I think the most offensive new tactic of David Bret is to act like the victim in any of this. He is contacting Scotland Yard? For what…to tell them that he has been blatantly and publicly defaming innocent people online for years? To tell them that he willfully and without hesitation ruins the reputations of people who dare to criticize him or his work? To tell them he has posted lies upon lies online …lies that have caused and continue to cause tremendous suffering to his victims?


As I have written here before I once tried to go away and drop off of Bret’s hateful radar. It did not work. For the nearly one year I was silent he continued. He did so to keep my online presence a lesson in infamy. For this I now post and fight back. It is a question of math as I have pointed out before…exhausting math. Even last week as he pretended to critique my book he was writing heavy, sick sexual references about me….claiming I participated in a sexual act which I really had never heard of…I had to look it up. Won’t repeat it here. NO legitimate review of a book includes such matter!!


So KUDOS to the Sun reporters…they found out and I am pleased. They called his actions “immoral”. They are. And they called him a troll. I say perfect.

Coincidently the moment the Sun's mention appeared, David Bret’s blog attacking me and Hala Pickford was removed. It disappeared once before for about two days…after I sent the police to his home…I venture to bet it will be back up and abusing asap… But if David Bret  is so very proud of what he writes and such an innocent victim in this horrible situation he generated and maintains…then why did he panic and hide the evidence? I think I know why...he feared I would contact the Sun and they in turn might take a look at his other blog…the one about those “Valentino women in the USA”…so he hid the goods. Well I have screenshots as I have said of every word…its not gone. And as the Google search mess about me and my book and my father is still contaminated by him…his foul blog is not forgotten. I do not have to remove my blog in the middle of the night to hide evidence as he did…I stand by every word on this blog and am proud of my defense of my reputation and my work.

David Bret Writes Lies About Evelyn Zumaya
Today David Bret’s blog attacking me is back…and his signature lie and hate-filled post is a vicious attempt to defend himself. How desperate can he be to claim that The Sun is confusing him with someone else? And he is now denying everything thing he wrote about me. I have plenty of proof that David Bret wrote a lot about me and my father…to which he refers. He was stuck on that subject for a long time…how many times do you think you called me “Daddy Gobbles” David Bret? And all the references to me drinking "embalming fluid", the new "playmate in heaven", the "dogs in the park", "keeping it in the family"?? My god...it was extreme. And no…a thousand times no…it was never funny.

Now I can not post the actual screenshots of these posts here on this blog…which most of my readers remember anyway. For even though Bret denies publicly he said these things, when I post the photos of his blog… he screams to Google that I am violating his copyright infringement. Which is, in fact, admission he wrote it all anyway. But I do not lie. I have it all.

I have not received a phone call from The Sun and have not been interviewed by a reporter as of this posting. So he is wrong about that. But I do have a hard drive full of screenshots of his most heinous posts…which he has removed…and even those files of his other victims which they have sent me. These include the posts when he publicized my home phone number and maiden name on the world wide web…with a title saying “We’re Almost There Folks!”…that was last summer…and a post on his filthy blog of my father’s obituary only a few days after he passed away. These screenshots include all of Bret’s images of rotting corpses posted as my Dad and poems and ditties about me having sex with him and worse. No one would tolerate such abuse! He can not say this did not happen because it did.

These screenshots also include his posted pictures of me as a corpse...(he has used the same photos on his other blogs)... and written countless scenarios of my bloody death; anthrax, throat slitting, brains splattered. And oh the hundreds of times Death Bret has called me a “homophobic hag!” and then followed this with his battle cry.. “The only good homophobe is a dead one!” And then yes there was the recent blistering campaign by Bret and his hench men and woman…to convince the world I was once arrested for cocaine possession and that I suffer from dementia. All lies. Oh there is more believe me…I merely scratch the surface.

I save these screenshots as proof because Bret plays a very nasty shell game by removing posts and blogs…shuffling his sex and death libel about… here and there and then posting more lies saying he never said any of it. He pitifully suggests that all of that horrid material must have been written by someone else named David Bret.. How stupid does he think his victims are…we save all of it. Even after posts are deleted..a court can subpoena Blogger or seize a hard drive to find proof.

Please believe nothing this man writes about me…or says about me. I write the truth. I will continue to defend myself and my work which is all I have ever done..and David Bret needs to stop playing with other people's lives. His victims are real people.

Defense of Myself Once Again From David Bret's Attacks

Well David Bret missed the point of the picture I posted of the stairway to no where. The reference was to his continued attacks on me. And regarding his utterly failed attempt to write a little biography of me today…as with all of his biographical attempts he was wrong on every point. David Bret knows nothing about my book, my family or my personal life.  Low life that he is to write such lies about my family. Because his motive is always to make me suffer. To make me sad, nervous, angry and hurt. This is what David Bret wants. To hurt. Sadist that he is.

            I am not obsessed with Rudolph Valentino as he writes…but my god...dear god...he is. Rudolph Valentino was just the subject of a book I wrote. End of story. I finished writing my book on Valentino some time ago and have moved on to other projects. These projects do not involve Valentino or silent film. I am hard at work on them now.

     If anyone can be described as obsessed with Valentino it would be David Bret. After all these years since his tiny little book on Valentino was published…he is still harping away as if he is some fat know-it-all...but breaking news...he has yet to receive respect for it. Sales maybe but no respect. Why was he not invited to the international conference on Valentino held in Turin in February 2009 as I was? Why was he not asked to deliver a paper there as I was? Why was the name David Bret not on the program along with the other prestigious scholars as mine was? Why was he not invited to the opening night reception at the National Film Museum as I was? Hmmmm.

            First of all it is because he doesn’t know anything about Rudolph Valentino, i.e. …saying I lived on Bella Drive and calling Lou Mahoney…“Jock” Mahoney and saying Valentino had love affairs with every man he met...I think the count was about 35 men. Secondly Bret has a vile, obscene mouth. Who would want that at the lecturn?

   The more this son-of-a-bitch writes the worse he looks to everyone everywhere. The "Respect-O-Meter" ...as far as Bret is concerned... is about as rock bottom as it can go. It went kerplunk a very long time ago.

Regarding Bret's claim about some third blog... I have only two blogs…no more. I suspect that vile third blog he is talking about was created by him. He has done this in the past to try and make me look bad. He does not bat an eye doing something like that. Nevertheless…another fail on his behalf. People know I don't write things like that and that I am not under handed, obscene or thoughtless as he accuses me of being. I put a great deal of thought into every single, solitary word I write.

            Such as these words for example: dirty, seedy, cheap, mean, heartless, small-minded, vindictive, perverted, trivial, boring, tired, old, god, help, us, make, him, stop, hate, it, him, who, well, you, know, hell, fires, best, David, Bret, can, not, write, son, of, a, bitch.

Anastasia Beaverhausen How proud he must feel to be despised so much. I mean its so sad that to create publicity for the trash and lies he writes he has to say awful, personal and slanderous things about people who question and doubt what he has written about the person they see as their icon. Bret has a mental problem which you already knew. All the things he accuses people of being are what he really is and examples of his fantasies he has. Its a justification to reassure him that its ok to be they way he is so blaming someone else for being all the things he accuses them of being makes him feel that being the way he is is ok. It all stems for being abandoned at birth and being unpopular and bullied at school etc. So it eats away at them and because their life isnt how they wanted it to be or like a normal persons they have to make up the life they want it to be. They live in a make believe world surrounded by people that dont exist and pretend to be loved when they are sad lonely and full of jealously. They also claim they know famous people again to make them feel important and popular because again they are alone and that way they think people will pay more attention to them. The famous people he has met have found him to be very creepy and unnerving and really couldnt wait to get away from him.. that I do know for sure. Their lives thrive on hatred, jealously and lies. He actually convinces himself that the things he says are true and it doesnt matter what you say to him he will try to convince you he is the person he says he is and will argue even though its blatantly obvious that he is lying. He has Pseudologia Fantastica (see below). He really doesnt feel that he is doing anything wrong and he really believes that he is liked and respected. To be a good liar you have to have an excellent memory and Bret hasnt! Bret will say one thing and then say another and when questioned he then will say he never wrote that etc that it was someone else using his name. So you see Bret is an open book and his life and him are based on lies just like the trash he writes. Whatever happens to him it will be his own fault and hopefully his downfall. I wouldnt want to be a laughing stock like him! Thats probably one of the reasons why he doesnt go out as he has made such bad name for himself. He is frightened of his own shadow and a coward. He hates being ignored and loves to goad people so when they bite back he gets the chance to be as nasty and spiteful as he can. What a way to live full of hate and jealously such a sorry a pitiful way to be. Just shows how bitter and twisted he really is and mentally ill as well.

The Sun Journalist & The Sighting In India



Last Thursday evening I received an email from Antonella Lazzeri of The Sun newspaper, asking me to contact her: in her email she specified comments I had made which were anti-McCann, the e-petition, and a picture I had posted on my website some time ago (since deleted) of a little girl smoking.
I needn't have contacted Ms Lazzeri, but my previous experience with tabloid journalists has taught me that if you don't play their game, they don't always respond fairly.
Ms Lazzeri called me, and it was like being interrogated by the Gestapo. Firstly she tore a strip off me about the picture, which I had acquired from a website which also contained a picture of Madeleine wearing full make-up. My first impression was, what kind of parents allow this to happen to a three-year-old girl. Then I was made aware that it was not Madeleine, and I removed it, adding an apology.
Secondly, Ms Lazzeri criticised my petition, which she claimed was wrong. There had been a sighting in India, she said. I cannot remember whether this was covered by The Sun, but as the above link shows, the Leh Police deny the event. Therefore I stick by my own opinion, of which absolutely no one may argue. One party says that the sighting took place, the other that it did not. One of them is not telling the truth, and I am not saying which one because I do not know.
Next, Ms Lazzeri criticised my own criticism of the Find Madeleine Fund. The McCanns, she said, were using the money donated to the Fund, even though an expensive police review is taking place.
Regarding the "If I Get 1 Million Likes" Facebook page, Ms Lazzeri told me that this was none of my business. I beg to differ. The Sun boasts that they had this page shut down. In fact, I reported the matter to the CEOP (case ref: 22482 RA), after the Official Find Madeleine people threatened to take action against me for reporting on this blog that their address and telephone number were linked to the page. Obviously, whoever created the page was responsible for this--yet The Sun appeared to know nothing about this link until I sent them a screenshot, which they conveniently published in their "trolling" article on Saturday.
This article, penned by Brian Flynn and Gary O'Shea, managed to get their facts very wrong about me. To call me a "blogger" is pretty much like me calling them articulate journalists. The piece contained all the usual tabloid trademark phrases: sick, vile, disgusting, shameless, etc. I'm very surprised they didn't manage to squeeze the feature about Gary Glitter on the same page. Neither have I "targeted the McCanns with posts wrongly accusing them of being involved in Maddie's abduction." First of all, you cannot wrongly accuse someone of something when no one knows what actually happened. Secondly, I never accused the McCanns of such a crime--it was one of their supporters, Chicane of JATYK2, who accused ME. And yes, I do have a contact at Scotland Yard. The Sun knows about this, as do the CEOP and Associated Press.
On Saturday, after reading this erroneous statement, I wrote to Ms Lazzeri, whose response was: should I print anything about her that is libellous, she will instruct the paper's lawyers to deal with it, also anything which she constitutes as harassment.
I have no intention of doing so (my Morrissey-style reference to some kind of Jayne Mansfield motorway scenario being not a libelous statement, but a heartfelt wish). I do find it rather hypocritical, though, that in the past Ms Lazzeri has not always been supportive of the McCanns (see Spudgun's Spoutings and other sources)--also, that newspapers such as The Sun do not always behave in what I would call a gentlemanly manner while acquiring their scoops. Mike Tindall being the latest example. Also, I fail to comprehend why, with this current trend of "exposing trolls", The Sun names and shames only the trolls, yet ignores the even more vicious attacks on anyone who dares to question the McCann case--these people post personal details on their forums, and even death-threats, but their actions are promptly ignored. Why?
When you consider how many of our celebrities' lives have been trashed and ruined by their intrusive methods of investigation (and here I am NOT referring to Ms Lazzeri), some of the so-called red-tops do not have a very nice reputation. The News of the World was zapped, and it would be nice to see The Sun taking the same highway. Also, what I found profoundly alarming was the tabloid journalist who told me, when I asked what would happen should the McCanns ever be arrested (again, I am NOT accusing): "We simply would not publish the story."
It makes me wonder what kind of a society we are living in.

I am still NOT accusing the McCanns of anything.


All that concerns me are the two items on the petition.


By now, my comments about Kate & Gerry McCann and that dreadful journalist from the Sun will have winged their way around the Internet and probably hit the press. I make no apology.


My "interview" with a journalist from The Sun was akin to being interrogated by the Gestapo--more on this will follow, and if by chance this blog is closed by yet another act of spite, dozens of new ones will be opened up by my followers and friends.


My own PERSONAL opinion of the McCanns, while I sympathise with them for their loss, is that they have become parasites. This is not me making a libellous attack against them, but expressing my PERSONAL opinion, which in a democratic society we are entitled to have.


There has been too much press coverage--often coverage for the sake of coverage--and certainly too much money spent on this case. The original police investigation was closed, for whatever reason. The McCanns opened a fund, to enable private detectives to look for Madeleine. This did not work, so they asked the government for an extremely costly independent review which is currently taking place. And STILL they want more. According to the Sun journalist, private detectives are still being employed on a case which has so many discrepancies that in some circles it is regarded as a joke.


Because of government cuts, there are many families in this country who are dangerously close to the breadline. We are giving money to fight wars we should never have been involved in. Immigration is at an all-time high, as is employment. Millions are being given to overseas aid where the problem could be solved, were not these countries wasting their own revenue on civil wars instead of caring for their own people. There has been one recession, and every chance of there being another in the not to distant feature. Britain simply cannot afford to spend an alleged £3 million on a case which to all intents and purposes could end up a dead duck, as happened with the inquest into the death of Princess Diana. I would wager that if there was such as a thing as an obligatory national poll as to whether the McCann review should have taken place, the answer would been a decidedly firm NO. 


Also, the prejudice and personal attacks against anyone who dares to question any aspect of this case is deplorable. The Sun newspaper and its harbingers of misery attack (and rightly so) the so-called "trolls" such as the young man who opened the "Million Likes" page, but wilfully turn a blind eye to the pro-Mcann supporters who threaten doubters by opening hate-filled forums wherein they post addresses, photographs and other personal information, and even accuse some of us of being involved in Madeleine's abduction itself.


The grieving relatives of Ben Needham, Claudia Lawrence and many others were never afforded the same privilege as the McCanns. So why should they be treated differently? And why should anyone who doubts them be treated like criminals just for expressing their opinion? And why have they singled out me? Have they not seen the FILMED reports outside various courthouses, all the articles in the broadsheets expressing views much more powerful than mine? I have NEVER said "They did it," but others have--not just a few, but HUNDREDS, including major journalists and television media sources. Are they going to hound them as well--or do they find me an easy target? If THEY "troll" around the Internet, they will find items even more puerile then the "Million Likes" page, believe me. But, the Sun being the Sun, once they get their knives into someone (their current victim is Mike Tindall) they never give up. Let's just wish that, sooner than later, they go down the same path as the News of the World. It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people. 


Which returns me to the matter in hand.


At the end of the day, had her parents looked after her instead of leaving their children alone while they were dining with friends, Madeleine would never have gone missing in the first place.
